Warranty Terms
The Sixtynine Communication Co., Ltd. (the “Company”) has prepared these terms to set out the scope, duration and procedure of the warranty on products ordered through The Sixtynine Store website.
Products we sell
- The Company sells only brand-new, genuine, unused products, sourced from the manufacturer or its authorised distributors.
- The Company does not sell second-hand, refurbished, ex-display or previously activated products.
Warranty provider and period
- Products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty, provided by the manufacturer or the authorised distributor of each brand, under the standards and conditions the manufacturer sets.
- The warranty period varies by product category and brand — from 1 day, 1 year, or 3 to 5 years.
- The warranty period begins on the date shown on the receipt or tax invoice.
- A repaired or replacement product remains under warranty for the unexpired portion of the original product's warranty, unless the manufacturer provides otherwise.
What the warranty covers
- Defects arising from the manufacturing process, materials or components of the product.
- Malfunction or failure to operate normally under normal use, in accordance with the operating conditions specified in the product manual or in the documentation enclosed with the packaging.
- Repair, replacement of parts or replacement of the product is determined by the inspection and at the discretion of the manufacturer or the brand's service centre.
What the warranty does not cover
- Accidental damage, drops, impact, cracks, breakage, chips, bending or scratches.
- Damage from liquid or moisture, such as immersion, water ingress or corrosion.
- Damage arising from natural causes of any kind, such as lightning, flood or fire, as well as short circuits, brownouts, power surges or use of an incorrect voltage.
- Use for an unintended purpose, improper use, or use not in accordance with the product manual, including improper installation or storage.
- Products that have been opened, repaired, modified or altered by anyone other than a service centre authorised by the manufacturer.
- A warranty (void) sticker or serial number that is torn, illegible, altered, or does not match the Company's sales records.
- Damage caused by animals, insects or foreign objects inside the product.
- Consumables and parts that wear with use, such as batteries, ink, cables and in-box accessories, unless the manufacturer warrants them.
- Problems caused by software, viruses, settings or incompatibility with other equipment, including loss of data.
- Proof of purchase from the Company cannot be presented, or the warranty period has expired.
Dead on arrival (DOA)
If a product is damaged, defective or unusable on arrival, please notify the Company within 7 days of receiving it, and the Company will proceed under the Cancellation and Refund Policy. After that period, the product is covered by these warranty terms.
Please keep the box, packaging and all accessories complete during that period.

- You may take the product directly to the brand's service centre, or submit a claim through the Company using the contact channels below.
- Provide your order number, the product model, the serial number and a description of the fault, with photos or video where available.
- Our team will review the details and inform you how to send the product in, together with any applicable costs, before proceeding.
- The Company sends the product to the brand's service centre for inspection. The outcome and the time required are determined by the service centre.
- Once the claim is complete, our team will contact you with the result and return the product to you.
What you will need
- The receipt, tax invoice or order number.
- The warranty card or proof of product registration, where the brand requires one.
- The product together with any accessories related to the fault, packed in a box or packaging that protects it in transit.
Data on the product and limitation of liability
- Please back up your data and remove any personal storage media before sending a product in for service. Neither the Company nor the service centre is responsible for loss of or damage to data, programs or settings on the product.
- The warranty is limited to repair, replacement of parts or replacement of the product under the manufacturer's conditions. It does not extend to indirect damage, loss of income or loss of business opportunity arising from the product being unusable.
- These terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Changes to these terms
The Company reserves the right to amend or revise these warranty terms without prior notice. Products already purchased remain covered under the manufacturer's conditions in effect on the date of purchase.
