EAP225
The TP-Link Omada EAP225 is a dual-band Wi-Fi 5 ceiling-mount access point for small and mid-sized offices, shops and cafés. It delivers up to 867 Mbps on 5 GHz and 450 Mbps on 2.4 GHz through a single Gigabit port, covers roughly 115 m² and handles 220+ concurrent clients.
MU-MIMO, beamforming and band steering keep traffic flowing smoothly, and the AP can be powered by standard 802.3af PoE or 24 V passive PoE (a passive PoE adapter is included), so one Ethernet cable is enough for installation.
It is managed through Omada SDN — cloud-based Omada Central, a hardware or software controller, or the Omada app — and supports Omada Mesh, seamless roaming and captive portal when used with an Omada controller. The box includes the passive PoE adapter, power cord and ceiling/wall mounting kit.
