AP266 Access Point Wi-Fi 6 Wall Plate

The Huawei eKitEngine AP266 is a Wi-Fi 6 wall plate access point for rooms that need both wireless coverage and wired ports, such as hotel rooms, dormitories and small offices.

Two radios (2.4 GHz and 5 GHz, 2x2 MIMO each) deliver a combined device rate of 2.975 Gbps through built-in smart antennas. Huawei rates it for 64 recommended users and up to 128 users, with an optimal coverage range of about 20 m.

It has five gigabit RJ45 ports, and one can supply up to 15 W of PoE to a downstream device such as an IP phone. The AP itself is powered over PoE (802.3at/af) and mounts on a desk, wall, gypsum ceiling or junction box (86 mm, 1-gang 120 mm or octagonal).
